Easy recipe to make. I topped with enchilada sauce for extra flavor.

I actually put enchilada sauce on top when I baked. Very very good and easy. also added onions to beef.

Very easy and tastes great. Didn't cover the burritos when baking and they ended up nice and crispy so we could actually pick them up and eat them.

This is a great and easy dish for dinner. I omit the sour cream, and top the burritos with salsa before baking in the oven- adds a lot of flavor!

A family favorite loved by all. I like to spice it up with some crushed red pepper flakes or hot sauce. To cut the fat, I use fat free refried beans and stir lite sour cream into them to make them creamy and serve as directed. kajo
