A family favorite loved by all. I like to spice it up with some crushed red pepper flakes or hot sauce. To cut the fat, I use fat free refried beans and stir lite sour cream into them to make them creamy and serve as directed. kajo

This has become a regular at our house. So easy to make in a pinch. Great to make when the teenager brings his friends over at the last minute.

This was a great recipe for my movie night. We really enjoyed them but if you like a little spice, you can add some hot sauce to the meat or some thin slice peppers.

My husband and I are addicted to Mexican food...this was good, but sortof bland. When I make it again I'm going to add some spices to the ground beef mixture.

I used black beans that I mashed up instead of refried beans. A bit healthier and so yummy!

My 4 year old loved this, I mixed the refried beans in with the meat so he would eat it, he doesn't care for ground beef. He said this was better than his favorite mexican restuarant, and now asks for it almost every night.
