Added about 4oz. Velveeta cheese and about 1/4 can of enchilada sauce and heated in a sauce pan to pour over burritos after baking. Also added shredded cheese to inside of burrito. My kids really liked these burritos.

I put enchilada sauce on them which is just tomato sauce water and chili powder mixed together. I put the sauce on them right before I put them in the oven and they were to die for!

You can substitute turkey meat for beef, and they taste the same. If you warm up the beans before you put them into the burrito shell, they spread with more ease.

I made this dish for my family and my pastor's family. It was a big hit.

It was very good. I tried the same recipe using chicken and I enjoyed the beef filling better.

I really enjoyed this recipe. It isn't hard to make and tastes great. I even tried it with black beans and some rotelle instead of salsa. This makes it even cheeper to make. Give this one a try!
