Very moist and tasty. A definate must -make again recipe!!

Very good but messy. Definitely a BBq taste. Made it in the oven using the tips and techniques and definitely tasted like it was on the grill. I used the Aluminum bags instead of working the aluminum foil into pokets. Was much easier to just place the ribs in there with the spices and just adding water and folding. My family loved them.

I just loved them. I however changed the recipe somewhat by using kraft chicken & rib instead of original & i just cooked them in the oven in a casserole for 1h45 with a little more water. Mmmm! The best!

Around on the serving tray I would add a bit of lemon slice and maybe some mixed fruit balls for color !
