Messy but good - cinnamon graham crackers work well too - good combo with chocolate.

This is the best way ever to make s'mores. My family accidentally stumbled across this cooking technique when trying to find a better way. However, we sandwich the s'mores in a fish cooker to keep a better eye on them and sometimes cook the marshmallows before putting them between the chocolate and graham crackers.

When I made this recipe, I had my grill on low heat. I took the s'mores off after about 2 minutes. The bottom of the graham cracker was charred black!
