Vegetable Tortellini Salad recipe
I first made this recipe for a company picnic and everyone wanted the recipe. It was so delicious that I had to make it for my family. Great recipe and kids like it, too!

Great - but I have to admit I put a special spin on the salad to use as a main meal. I sauteed the veggies in olive oil, used the Garlic Herb Version of Good Seasons, and also mixed in a 1/2 a cube of lowfat cream cheese to make it creamier! Topped it off w/ a sprinkle of real parmesan cheese! It was a hit!

Good! I loved the different textures-- firm, cheese-filled tortellini, crunchy vegetables, zesty dressing. Definately a unique take on pasta salad.

I was looking for something different, yet simple and inexpensive. This salad was perfect. I doubled the recipe and used the Balsamic Dressing mix. The only thing I would do different next time is reduce the amount of carrots. Good choice!

I didn't use carrots, and I only used a quarter of a cup of caesar dressing. But I was surprised that this simple recipe was so enjoyable.

I made this salad for our Super Bowl party. It was a hit. I added cauliflower and used a six-cheese tortellini. The recipe easily doubles and it packs up great for lunches.

I was looking for something quick for a covered dish these holiday season. I plan to make this receipe even past the holiday as this is the type of food which I could eat over and over. Karen

I made this receipe for a family BBQ and everyone really enjoyed it. I doubled the recipe and also added 1/2 c. lite mayo to make a creamy Italian dressing. Would be a great meal in itself by added cubed chicken or turkey.

My husband really liked it which surprised me. I couldn't find the Good Seasons dressing, so I used Emeril's Parmesan dressing and it was really good. I will make this again!
