I also froze the cool whip in custard cups before adding the berries. I is a great healthy replacement for ice cream.

i used custard cups lined with 'release' foil,,, then added the cool whip, I left an indentation for the berries and refroze the cups,, took them out of the freezer ,peeled off the foil and then filled them with the berries,, also made a strawberry puree to decorate the plate with. Easy, fun, and a great ending to a summer or heavy meal

I froze mounds of fat-free Cool Whip on a coofrkie sheet, with an indention for the fruit. The Cool Whip tasted just like ice cream, without the calories.

It's quick and looks good, but from a taste perspective it's kind of boring.

I never realized someone made a recipe out of this. I have been eating berries with non-dairy whipped topping for a long while. It is such a tasy, low calorie, sweet! I eat it all of the time.

I am not a cool whip fan so I whipped my own whip cream with a little sugar and whipping cream. It took me less than five minutes and it was so fresh and delicious! I felt so light - but pampered. :D
