What You Need

3/4

lb. spaghetti, uncooked

cups small broccoli florets

carrots (3/4 lb.), cut into thin slices

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed

cup milk

1/3

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

1/4

cup (1/2 stick) butter

1/2

tsp. garlic powder

Make It

COOK spaghetti in large saucepan as directed on package, adding vegetables to the boiling water the last 3 min.

MEANWHILE, cook remaining ingredients in saucepan on medium-low heat until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally.

DRAIN spaghetti mixture; return to pan. Add sauce; toss to coat.

Substitute

Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.

Special Extra

Prepare as directed, adding 1 cup thawed frozen peas and 1/4 cup crumbled cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon or 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits to the sauce. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Special Extra

Stir in 1/4 tsp. nutmeg and 1/8 tsp. white pepper.

This was easy to make but it was very bland. Next time I will double the sauce and use more milk so that leftovers won't be dry and then I'll add more spices or meat to give it some flavor.

I love this dish! It was great. Instead of chicken I pan fried some chuck tender steak and topped the pasta with the steak. (my husband has to have meat in his food). I also added the white pepper and the nutmeg which made a WORLD of difference! It was awesome. Only problem I have with it is that the sauce thickens up too fast but that is not unusual. Add a little milk and voila! Very good recipe!

I made this recipe but added tuna and small canned salad shrimp to make a complete meal. It was very tasty.

I made this with whole wheat pasta added some other fresh veggies.. not much flavor even after the extra added veggies ended up serving on top of red sauce. Not only did it add the extra flavor it really needed it made a great presentation . Will make again and make some changes.

loved by the enitre family, only change instead of garlic powder we did garlic salt. With just the powder it was not full of flavor. but this was loved by husband and kids!

It was really good, the only thing I think I will add to it next time is some shrimp!! Kids ate it right up.
