Really delicious, and simple to make. I increased the amount of mozzarella to 2 cups (it was so good and chewy!), and I used a whole can of pasta sauce (approx. 3 cups) so there would be plenty to serve with the spaghetti. I increased the baking time for the chicken to 25 minutes, and put it back in the oven for 10 minutes after adding the remaining ingredients.

Very easy to prepare, cooking time short, tastes really moist, easy to serve. Definitley will make it again, my husband gave it a 10.

Excellent! Easy! Adjust amounts to suit your and your family's tastes. For even moister chicken, Brine the chicken in water, sugar, and salt for a couple hours... amounts depending on number of chicken breast halves and whether you want it sweeter or saltier. For that matter, brine ANY meat... shrimp, too.

This was really good! Very filling and satisying. Super easy too - just shake and bake the chicken, then pour on the sauce, cheeses, and oregano. Done!

Will leave out oregano next time. Way too over-powering. Also, will use less spaghetti sauce and mozzarella as I didn't find that much to be needed with this recipe. Still very good and look forward to making it again.

Olive Garden who? This was the best Chicken Parmesan I've ever put in my mouth! Waaaaaaaaaay above and beyond my expectations. I served on top of spaghetti w/ sauce.
