These were absolutely delicious! They'd be an excellent side for tons of meals. We added a little extra salt but that's just how we are. These will be a regular in our house.

We kept it covered with foil until the last twelve minutes ... that allowed it to crispen up a bit on top. They were excellent!

My family loves this dish. I would suggest covering the dish with foil before baking as it will come out dry otherwise.

My son-in-law said this recipe is well worth a repeat! The family loved the potatoes seasoned and baked this way. It was really easy, too.

The potatoes are a really good side dish. I also added onions. My whole family liked it.

By Far the best potato recipe i have ever made. These come out crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. they are super easy to make and taste amazing. i make them alot and my boyfriend loves them!!

well i did make this dish but i used garlic salt instead of the italian seasoning because thats what i had and it was wonderful. I look forward to trying this the orginal way soon..
