I made this for dinner tonight as a side dish to steak and mixed veggies. It was wonderful! Doesn't look too good when it goes in the oven but comes out with a nice cripy and tasty coating.

Because of the spices I taught the kids would not like it too much, they proved me wrong. My entire family really enjoyed this recipe the first time I made it, and I ran out of the potatoes! I'm cooking this again and I'm going to double the recipe, that should do it!

I cut the recipe in half & everything came out so tasty. My husband was quite shocked at their restaurant quality!

I served this with Garlic Steak & Onions. My guys really loved this. I added a little more garlic and didn't bake as long - used little red potatoes. I also used Walla Walla onions. I will definitetly make this again. Thanks!

They were very good, but I think next time I would add some diced tomatoes and maybe some grilled onions to spice them up.

For two of us, I half the potatos and leave the seasoning at full. Excellent!

These potatoes were good, except a few were still a little "al dente." The seasoning was so easy and I especially love the use of the olive oil, as this is a good fat! I will be making these again, with perhaps just a little more seasoning so that more of the flavor is spread around even more.
