I made this for a dinner with friends and everyone loved it. I used 3/4 tsp ea of basil & oregano & added some parsley. I will definately do this one again.

When I made this recipe I made a little more than the recipe called (I have growing boys) for and it still turned out wonderful!

I have made this recipe many times and it always gets rave reviews. I cook it a little longer than recommended to make the potatos a little crispier. A great thing to cook when entertaining as the recipe easily triples and more.

These were wonderful. I used red potatoes instead of new. My only recommendation would be to spray the pan before adding the potatoes, some of them got stuck. But they were still wonderful.

Only had russet potatoes on hand but it came out very good. The family loved this recipe and I will be making it again.
