We liked the taste of these potatoes, but they took a lot longer to get done than the recipe stated.

Very good! I mixed some of the parmesan cheese in with the potatoes prior to cooking, then once they were done, I lightly sprinkled some Parmesan (the real stuff, MMM) over my serving and oh boy... that was great! Cooking time was right on - just enough crispiness. I did not find it to have too much oil as a previous poster indicated. Overall, I would certainly make these again.

This was a great recipe. Not too many ingredients! My husband and I loved it. I did not have Italian seasoning so I used Italian salad dressing. It was great! I also cut my potatoes really small and it only took 30 min to cook.

This was a ****GREAT**** recipe, we paired it with meatloaf, it was so flavorful...I added a lot of garlic, used oregano instead of Italian seasoning...however i would make sure to bake it covered, like I did, because it was just crispy enough...i bet it would be too crispy otherwise.

I love this recipe its simple and yet sooo delicious! My husband love them and he's pretty picky. I'm not the greatest cook but this recipe made me feel like a chef!! So flavorful. I'm a garlic lover so I added a bit more and it was just so yummy. As a side I paired it with catfish and I'm confident it'll go with any meal.

The potatoes are a simple and elegant side to steak. They were very easy to make and so flavorful.

I would make this again, it's just that I would cut back on the amount of oil that the recipe calls for. It was way too oily.

Wonderful side dish! I add some basil (on top of the oregano & parsley in the seasoning) to sweeten things up a bit. And I bake it about 10 minutes longer to get the edges crispier. It turns out delicious & has quickly become a favorite for me & my boyfriend.

Very easy to make. Will cook a little longer next time though to make a little crispier.
