This was a great change from the regular potato salad we usually have. Boiled eggs are a great addition to the recipe!

Outstanding!!! I didn't have cherry tomatoes so i used garden fresh yellow and red!! tasty and colorful!!!

Surprised my wife with this potato salad and she loved it! She makes an awesome traditional potato salad, so there was some anxiety until she tried it. This is one of those recipes that you know will taste great, just by reading the list of ingredients. The photo is an added bonus. Thanks for sharing this one.
