My husband loved it! The filling is even good for potluck to put in tortillas or with chips.

It was really good. My family and I loved the filling but they stayed away from the peppers. One just didn't like them, another cited heartburn as a reason for staying away. Either way the filling was a hit!

For men, they might need more on the side to be satisfied with this dish....you know how they are with vegetables

I made this recipe with ground turkey instead of boca and doubled the recipe. My husband had absolutely no bad comments to say about this one!!!! He is a very picky one!! I will be making this one again!

This recipe is awesome! I put a little bit of garlic salt on the peppers and it was great.

my daughter loves red peppers and i think if the previous reviewers had stuck to the sweeter colors-red, yellow, orange- i think their kids would have enjoyed it more.

I made this with Green Peppers and got rave reviews from the family!!! The kids loved the stuffing and not so much the peppers so I took the stuffing out of the peppers and put it in browned flour Tortillias for them.....They Loved it!!! I served Chips, Salsa, Cheese Dip and Beans with this dish!

I made this with green peppers; my kids liked the stuffing mix but not the peppers. I tripled the recipe to make more of the stuffing mix. I would make this again but only for adults. It's not a kid friendly recipe. I would make the stuffing again but use something else other than green peppers if making it for kids. I also served a side salad to round off the meal.

this was very good, and even my picky eater son ate it without knowing it was pretty good for him.
