Boo Cups

Boo Cups recipe
The name refers not to the reception they'll get, but to the Halloween-inspired twist on these creamy, chocolatey treats. More ooh than boo, really.

I made this for Cross Country treat day and everybody loved this! I plan on making this for Student Senate and for Halloween, too. I love this recipe! Oreos, chocolate, whipped cream? What could be better?

I only had one issue. That was that it said it would make fifteen of the small cups of them, and I only got 8 out of one batch. However, shared them with many of the neighbors and their kids, and everybody loved them.

I made this for my daugther and her friends and they seemed to like it well. It was pretty rich. I used the low-fat cookies and think I will just stick with the regular ones next time. Overall, it was a great treat and our boys liked it too. Of course, they liked the chocolate chips more than anything! If you're looking for low-fat and you love chocolate, then this is for you!
