What You Need

lb. ground beef

1/2

cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

cup seasoned dry bread crumbs

1/2

tsp. garlic powder

pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Cheddar Cheese Cubes

cherry tomatoes

small each green and red pepper, cut into chunks

lb. mushrooms, stems removed

wooden skewers

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix meat, dressing, bread crumbs and garlic powder in large bowl. Shape into 52 meatballs, each about 1-1/2 inches in diameter. Place in single layer in 15x10x1-inch baking pan.

BAKE 25 minutes or until cooked through.

ARRANGE meatballs, cheese cubes, tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms evenly on skewers.

These were great! I used ground turkey instead of beef, and the flavor was wonderful. Also, we left the cheese cubes off (served them on the side) to be able to grill the kabobs for several minutes.

It was easy and the whole family thought it was fun to put the kabbobs together I made the dijon dipping sauce and placed it along with a salsa dipping sauce and placed them in the middle of the table for variety My husband does not like Miracle Whip - so I substitued Mayo
