this is a wonderful dish to make and eat instead of using red bell peppers for color ( cause not a lot of flavor comes out whhen you bake them) put a cup of tomatos on the chiken before you put it in the oven. they soke up the lemon juice and are very sweet.

What a great taste combination! I substituted chopped roasted red pepper strips for the fresh pepper, and it turned out beautifully. One of my new favorites!

This will become a staple at our house! I added fresh basil and seasoned the chx with sage as well as salt and pepper. It was mouth watering.

I added a little garlic powder with the salt and pepper. Next time I'll add a little cayenne pepper to add a little kick. It's very tasty!!!

I think this was the best recipe I've made from Kraft so far, and I've been cooking with kraft recipes for a few months now. It is delicious, easy, nutritious, low calorie, low fat, and low carb. I had my brother and his family over for dinner, and they even loved it. The kids cut up their chicken and put it on a salad to make a chicken salad! Plus this is one rare time when I can get away with putting fruit (lemon juice) on meat!
