I had 15 people for lunch and needed an entree that would be easy and delicious. This definitely fit the bill! Several people asked for the recipe. I told them about your website.

This was an awesome recipe!!! I did a little tweekn to the recipe. I used whole feta cheese, diced up the red bell pepper, & used dried parsley & mixed all together & put on top of the chicken & sealed the chicken individually in foil. My family loved it!! Even my 5yr old. I served it w/a side creamy alfredo angle hair noodles..

I marinated the chicken in garlic and herb marinade before cooking. I skipped the parsley but this dish is awesome and I have made it twice. I love it and so has everyone who has eaten in including my 3 and 4 year old.

The feta takes the places of most fats you might mix with the chicken to get the same explosive taste. My husband asked for seconds, and that's always a good sign!

Great recipe, a favorite in my house. I marinade the chicken in Greek Dressing instead of using the lemon juice.

This was simple and good. I used plain feta with fresh tomatos and basil. I also sprinkled the chicken with lemon pepper seasoning. Very good!

This recipe is great. I've made it many times. I have found though, to give it more flavor, that a 30 min garlic and herb marinade really helps. I used the marinade instead of the lemon, salt, and pepper.
