Delish! I drizzled a lot more lemon than called for and it was great! So quick and easy. Great for weeknights.

This is really good. It's on the South Beach Diet and I use the reduced fat tomato and basil flavored feta and my Husband always asks "Are you sure I can have this?" because it doesn't taste like it should be good for you but it is! It's really easy too. I make this one fairly often.

Marinate the chicken in Zesty Italian dressing. Coat the bottom of the pan with about a quarter of dressing. This will make the chicken juicy and delicious.

This is one of the best chicken recipes ever!Easy and fast. I have marinated the chicken in lemon juice all day and come home and bake it . The only difference I do is instead of red peppers I wait until its cooked and as soon as I pull it out of the oven, I add either grape or cherry tomatoes on top, so they warm not bake.

I love feta cheese and when I find an easy recipe I give it a go. This is a very simple dish and is so delicious. My husband thought it was yummy!!
