What You Need

OREO Cookies, finely crushed (about 1-1/2 cups crumbs)

Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted

pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk

tsp. vanilla

pkg. (12 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks, melted, slightly cooled

Make It

HEAT oven to 300°F.

MIX cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

BEAT cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add chocolate; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.

BAKE 1 hour 5 min. to 1 hour 10 min. or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate 4 hours.

to make it even easier, dump everything in a food processor.. or get creative and use mint chocolate with mint liquer, or raspberry chocolate and liquer

OUTSTANDING! Tastes like it came from the best bakery in Northern NJ!! Definately a crowd pleaser! Tell the chocolate lovers to leave room for a slice of this!!!

I made this for a luncheon I put on and it was a huge success. It is so creamy and perfectly chocolatey. I didn't have any Oreos for the crust so I just made a regular graham cracker one. Yum!!!

I used fat free sweetened condensed milk and the lower fat cream cheese. It was still fabulously rich and decadent.

WOW!!! This is very creamy and chocolatey!!! My family really enjoyed this, they all love chocolate and cheesecake and this recipe satisfied their craving for both. I have tried other recipes and they were either dry or not chocolatey enough for them, almost gave up hope till I tried this. AWESOME!!

I made this for an employee at work. Everyone raved about it and asked for the recipe. Very decadent, smooth, creamy and rich, but fabulous. A definite repeat dessert.

This cheesecake is very easy to make and is absolutely delicious. It is very creamy and not too sweet. I served it over the holidays, and it was a great hit. Everyone enjoyed each and every bite.
