6 oz. fresh spinach was plenty for the 4 of us. Didn't change any other quantities. This was good, kind of like pesto but not so spicy. We'll make it again!

We all LOVED this dish! The color is amazing and the taste equals that! I added some cooked, cubed chicken to the pot just before serving-yum! I will DEFINITELY make this one again!

Everyone in my household loved this dish but I felt something was missing. I think feta cheese crumbles or something with a little salt would have made it a 4 or 5 star for sure. Mushrooms would be a good addition too.

My boyfriend and I LOVE this recipe. We made it for our first Valentine's Day together in 2005. We leave out the red peppers though (I hate peppers). I hate cottage cheese because of the texture, but it's very good in this recipe! Everyone should try this! (This is my second time reviewing this recipe, my previous review disappeared)

Tasted bland and was very dry (the sauce didn't completely coat the pasta)

Fantastic!!!! This was awesome. It was very easy and took literally 20 minutes to make. The pasta was delicious and I couldn't believe it was low fat! One suggestion- make sure you put the peppers on top of the pasta. They add a great touch!!!
