Frozen Chocolate Mousse Squares recipe
Chocolate on chocolate, topped with chocolate. Sound stupendous? It is, from the OREO Cookie crust to the whipped center to the chocolate curls on top.

The taste was really good, especially for low calorie. My only complaint was that it was more gooey than it was firm.
If you want a piece of heaven? this got to be it. its great! I made it and everyone loved it! The texture was perfect, and the balance between the cheesiness and the chocolate flavour was just right. It taste great thawed for abt 3 mins out of the freezer. Tried this with digestiove biscuit base also.. it was equally nice.
Very good and very easy to make!
Great make-ahead party hour d' orve. I made this the night before a football game gathering, and everyone absolutely loved it!! The texture is like ice cream, and it gets a little soft as it thaws. It is very rich, so small serving peices, makes it great for larger gatherings. ~I keep a container of 1" peices of this in my freezer at all times for an occasional quick treat. Excellent!
Love it! Love it! Love it! One of my New Year's resolution is to slow down on sweets. But after making this dessert and tasting it - I just can't get enough and have to have a second and third helping. I would love to make this again, and again and again.
I thought this was a pretty good recipe. It was a little heavy with the cream cheese, which almost makes it taste like cheesecake.
Too heavy and cheesy tasting for my liking.
Too sticky, could not cut very good and did not hold its shape. I would leave out the sweetned milk.
I used a reduced fat whipped cream and it messed with the fluffiness. It had more of a creamy cheesecake texture. Family loved it. Hint: recipie fails to say that the cheese needs to be room temp. Just use some of the sweet milk to thin out. Also melted chocolate in the other half of sweet milk, then mixed with rest of mixture.
I entered this in a contest at work and it won first place. Easy to make ahead of time. I froze it overnight, took it out for about 5-10 minutes, cut it into squares and stuck them back in the freezer. It was easy to get out only what I need and keep the rest frozen for later. I had to add a few more cookies for the crust, but other than that followed the recipe exactly. This is VERY RICH so a little goes a long way!!
