This chocolate mousse dessert was a giant HIT at the last family get together we had. I added a few more oreos for the crust, but it was wonderfully chocolately yet not over-powering. It doesn't need to be left out for 15 mins before you cut it, though... 5-10 and a warm knife should do the trick. Mine started to get a little drippey by the time I served it. Otherwise, easy to make & delightful to eat!
Another quick and easy recipe made from ingredients found in the cupboard! I garnished it with extra crushed cookies.
I read the comments and used extra Oreos in the crust. My family all loved it. I will be making it again for my coworders because I know they will LOVE it! It is super rich but that allows you to eat a pretty small piece. Yum!
I made this dessert for a group of friends and it was a huge hit. It is very rich & creamy and also extremely easy to make. I will definitely serve it again!
if your a chocolate lover -this is the perfect treat, i made it for a potluck at work and everyone loved it, next time i will try low-fat cream cheese and cool whip to cut a few of the calories--Very good, my picky son was licking the bowl.

This was pretty easy to make, mine didn't look quite as pretty as yours but pretty close & was absolutely devine! It was the main dessert for a potluck so I doubled the receipe and it was the hit of the party, everyone was very impressed. I loved being able to tell everyone it was a Kraft receipe! thanks for making me look good!
After reading many of the comments about this recipe I was concerned about the crust... I tried using 12 oreos but found it was not enough so I added a few more until I used 16 total and that was the perfect amount! I didn't have any trouble with the crust crumbling - as long as you press it really well it'll turn out just fine. Getting it out of the pan using foil wasn't hard either. The cake wasn't a mousse, but a chocolate cheesecake. Mousse is a lot more airy and lighter than this thick and rich dessert. If you like chocolate cheesecake you'll love this recipe. Oh, and only have a little bit to eat. We cut them into 16 squares thinking we'd have seconds because the squares were small - but after eating half of the square we were stuffed!
