I am on a diet but made this for the office. Everyone loved it & commented on how creamy & good it was. It's a keeper!

you can cut some of the fat in this recipe by using light cream cheese and light cool whip and low fat or fat free condensed milk. It does not change the taste or consistency...VERY yummy!

To lower the carbs in this recipe, I would use, instead of the sweet. cond. milk, evaporated skim milk and sweeten it with the no cal./carb sweetener of your choice. You could whip your own whipping cream and also use an artificial sweetner. You could also use fewer cookies for the crust.

I have been low sugar, low carbing for 5 months, lost 60 lbs., so I would not make or eat this!! But it sure sounds good, wish it could be made with less fat, sugar-free stuff, etc. It would help us out.

This was very, very good. It sort of tasted like chocolate mousse cheesecake. I added 4 bars of the baking chocolate crumbled, and 4 melted. Very good.
