I would like to point out that perhaps you could add a message to this recipe that other cheeses can be used such as provolone or swiss. It is delicious with these cheeses as well and adds a different flair to an already good recipe

These turned out to be very moist, so we ate them open-face. Very good taste!

The peppers were a little too much for most of the family. Maybe without the peppers it would be ok.
