I have an old version that uses oreo cookie crumbs and a little melted butter for the crust. I have experimented with Pink Lemonade and Watermelon flavoured juices, amongst others. It is always a favourite, no matter what juice I choose.

I made this for friends and they loved it! I decided to use crushed graham crackers (mixed with a 2 tbsp of butter) rather than the Oreos and it worked out fine. Everyone thought this recipe had a great mix of sweet and tangy and wanted the recipe.

I made this for a Chirstmas party and it was so easy to make and everyone enjoyed it. One tip.. I added 2 tablespoon of butter to the oreos so they are easier to eat.

I made this dessert and it was so refreshing and smooth all the women at the gathering thought it was ice cream . I had to give the web site to one woman so she could pass it on to her sister to make for an upcoming event. Great dessert for any summer party.
