Creamy Chicken Enchiladas

Creamy Chicken Enchiladas recipe
Pick up a rotisserie chicken on your way home, and you're halfway to creamy, cheesy enchiladas. You'll have these in the oven faster than you can say "takeout."

SO YUMMY! Didn't have cilantro, left it out, didn't miss it! Covered them in enchilada sauce rather than salsa, and used salsa as a topping choice after and it was delicious!! A new favorite for us!
my whole family loved this one. One hard to please husband and 5 picky children; this one received rave reviews. I substitued cream of mushroom for the cream of chicken, I'm sure that didn't change the taste much.
it was a great recipe!the guys are asking for it all the time. I did add some seasong salt, garlic and diced onions to this recipe and it came out great.
I didn't have cilantro but I remembered another recipe I had seen like this one and mixed about 1/2 a packet of taco seasoning in with the filling (cubed chicken, reduced fat cr. of chicken soup, reduced fat sour cream and shredded cheese). Before baking, I did cover the enchiladas with the remaining cheese but only put salsa on half of them since I'm not a salsa fan and the taco seasoning gave it enough "kick" without the salsa. Very tasty. One additional hint: shredding the chicken would make it easier to eat the enchiladas than cutting the chicken into cubes.
I didnt quite like it and i think it was the taste of the cream of chicken, i am going tho going to make it again but try wit without that and maybe something differnt. it has the potential to be very good!
I added taco seasoning to the chicken mixture and used 1Tbs of dried cilantro. Very good!
this recipe was excellent. me and my boyfriend loved it and him being mexican he is picky about mexican food. i will definitely make this again!
This was different than the chicken enchiladas I normally make. The sauce was definitely creamy compared to the bite of enchilada sauce, but it was good. I might make it again if my husband thought to ask.
Making tonight for the second time. It was easy and even my two year old ate it.
I made this for my husband and I because it had things we enjoy in it, I thought I could substitute green chile salsa for red, and we would have leftovers! It worked! He loved it!
