Creamy Chicken Enchiladas

Creamy Chicken Enchiladas recipe
Pick up a rotisserie chicken on your way home, and you're halfway to creamy, cheesy enchiladas. You'll have these in the oven faster than you can say "takeout."

very good and guests were more pleased than chef! I made it as written, though I shredded the chicken more than chopped it making for more mushy filling. Would def cube it and add cumin/chili powder next time. Easy to make and looked great!

These were almost as good as the chicken cheese enchiladas my aunt has made every Thanksgiving for the last 20 years! My husband and I will be able to enjoy these more than once a year! They were so quick and easy! Thanks again Kraft!

Ok, but probably won't make again. The soup and sour cream filling was just WAY to rich.

I used the no fat cream of chicken soup and light sour cream. Omitted the cilantro. My picky daughters loved it as well as my husband and I/

This was awesome and my fiance loved it!! I followed another cook's advice about adding the 1 tsp. of cumin, 1/2 tsp. of chili powder, and putting enchilada sauce on the tacos before adding the chicken mixture and it turned out great!! I also poured some enchilada sauce over the enchiladas along with the cheese and salsa before putting it in the oven. Will definitely be making these again!!
