I added cajun seasoning and onion powder to the chicken before adding the barbque sauce for more flavor. I also added onions to the peppers and ate the corn on the side instead of in the packet. It was a bit juicy/runny for me, so I drained off some of the juice and cooked it with the packet open for a few minutes. That really helped! It was tender and moist, but not too juicy- just how I like it!

This chicken was excellent. I baked it in the oven at 375 instead of grilling and I added mushrooms and it turned out great. M

My family loved this. I added tomatoes and onions and the taste was incredible. This is a very versatile recipe because everyone can make their own packet to their liking! We have this at least every couple of weeks!

I got the chicken golden in the pan (no oil just pam) and then cooked it in the oven, it was good

I was especially pleased that my youngest children enjoyed the flavor of the chicken. Small kids tend to be "picky" eaters, but they ate very well. This recipe was so easy to make and quick to cook. Kelly, Michigan
