I just made this recipe last night. I used green beans instead of corn and it was very good. My kids really like it too. My husband wants me to use more BBQ sauce on his the next time. Very quick and easy and little clean up.

I didn't add corn but I did use the bell peppers and I also added chopped onions. The next day with the leftovers I chopped up the BBQ chicken, added a little more BBQ sauce and put it on hamburger buns. We had it with seasoned fries and dipped the fries in BBQ sauce instead of ketchup. You can also melt shredded cheese on the chopped BBQ chicken. This is a great recipe!!

This recipe was great and easy to make....I added some onion and green onion for flavor. It was very juicy when it was done cooking. We also tried putting salsa and cheese with a little corn.

This was a very simple and delicious all-in-one meal. Something I could prepare the prior night if I knew I would be rushed the next day or thought I might be getting home late from work. At least I knew that dinner would be on time even if I wasn't, and it would be a delicous one.
