Wonderful! My toddlers wolfed it down, even the peppers! Next time I'm trying a Hickory variety of BBQ sauce.

I used a can of cream corn instead of regular corn and it worked just as well. This recipe is also great for a camping weekend. I made the packets ahead of time and instead of putting them in the foil first I just put all of the ingredents in a ziploc bag and then transfered it into the foil.

Great and easy for those hot summer days. I added some red onion and mushrooms (and I hate mushrooms) and it was fabulous. I will absolutely make this one again!

Fast, and easy. Mixed veges work well also. It does take longer in the oven to cook.
