I added cajun seasoning and onion powder to the chicken before adding the barbque sauce for more flavor. I also added onions to the peppers and ate the corn on the side instead of in the packet. It was a bit juicy/runny for me, so I drained off some of the juice and cooked it with the packet open for a few minutes. That really helped! It was tender and moist, but not too juicy- just how I like it!
