This was SO good and easy! I love a quick, tasty, healthy meal, and this is definitely one. Will save this and make often.

This is an easily modified recipe to your liking. The base is the fish, mayonaise, and parmesan cheese. I skipped the cayenne pepper, but added ground black pepper, garlic powder, and some oregano. Also threw in a handfull of bay scallops. For veggies, use whatever you have. I used brocolli and baby carrots cut in slices. Came out great.

This is a great a recipe, I used Red Snapper, just using mayo and sprinkled the fish with lemon pepper seasoning, On the side I skewered the veggies using summer squash and zuchinni basted with Italian dressing, excellent way to prepare grill fish.

I've made this recipe numerous times and really love it. There were a few changes though, I added cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, and whatever other veggies I had on hand, then just sprinkled parmesan cheese over it. Very delicious!

I was not impressed with the way the fish tasted. But I think if I tweak the recipe a little bit, I can get it just right. I will eliminate the ground red pepper completely and experiment with some other herbs and spices.

I am just beginning experiementing with fish recipes since moving to the Gulf. My family, old and young aliked loved this recipe!

Very yummy! Kids & adults alike loved it. I served it with a red/brown rice combo that added a nice nut like flavor and great texture.

This is an easy recipe to adapt to taste. I used hot sauce and Italian seasoning instead of ground red chile. I also used the vegetables in my fridge (onion, celery, green pepper and broccoli).
