Easy Baked Parmesan Meatballs

Easy Baked Parmesan Meatballs recipe
Grated Parmesan adds cheesy flavor to these meatballs, and baking seals the deal. They're so good, you won't even need sauce to wow the family.

I made a double recipe because apparently my meatballs were too big! But it worked wonderfully. My husband and kids liked alot. I did add a worcheshire sauce also. Overall they were very good!!

I am one to make the foods that I can serve my kids and they ask for more. This is one recipe I would make atleast a few times a month.

I subsitute fat-free egg product and extra lean ground beef, but add worschesire sauce to give it some extra juice. Makes great lower-fat meatball subs or spaghetti with meatballs. YUM!!

I liked how easy and fast these meatballs where. The parsley was yummy in this. However, they came out a little to dry. I made gravy to pour over them. Next time, I will cook them for 20 minutes and add some ketchup.
