I made these to go with spaghetti sauce. As I made the meatballs slightly smaller, I was able to get 15 out of the batch. I used approximately 1/4 cup of dried parsley instead of freah, and used freshly grated parmesano-reggiano cheese. The meatballs were extremely moist and flavorful. Even my normally "oh-so-picky" daughter loved them!!!

These meatballs were easy to make and the family loved them. I would use a bit more seasoning next time.

This receipe is quick, easy and works everytime! I like spicy foods so I added red pepper flakes and some cilantro to give this some kick! You can also substitute Kraft Mexican shredded cheese for the Parmesan to take it up a notch.

These are really great w/ tomato sauce over spaghetti, but also perfect w/o pasta for Atkins Diet.

This is a very easy, simple recipe. It's also very easy to add to and change up. I skip the parsley, use 1/2 tsp garlic salt instead of garlic, add pepper, cut the parm in half and add bread crumbs. I usually make it with pasta. My two year old - who does not like her food mixed together (ie. meat sauce) - loves these meatballs! The grease/fat run-off was a suprise since it was not mentioned in the cooking instructions. (Yuck.) I also use paper towels to wipe it off. Enjoy!

Found this recipe trying to find something to cook with what I already had in the house. I didn't have garlic, so I used the zesty red pepper parmason cheese (which has garlic and other spices in it) instead of plain parmason and added some parsley. turned out great. Might also be good with brown gravy or gravy used for sweadish meatballs.
