if you bake the meatballs the fat of the beef sticks to the meatballs.i have even made these other things i had in the house. i have put carrots and onions cheese. the more you can pack in these meatballs i think the better it tastes!
I've made this recipe a few times. I add 2 eggs instead of one (this prevents them from being dry) I aslo add a handful of Italian flavored bread crumbs for extra flavor. Very simple to make and tastes great. They can also be prepared in advance for big gatherings. My fiancee loves them.
Very good flavor. When I put it in the oven next time I think I'll put some cream of mushroom soup in the pan. They were a little dry. I will be making these again.
These meatballs were good, but they seemed to be missing something. Next time I will use shredded parmesan and more seasonings. They were good though, my dinner guests loved them. Also, be sure to use lean ground beef. I did not and they were greasy.
This is exactly what I've been looking for. I like to go with the quick and easy, and good tasting foods. I know my husband will enjoy this very much, as will I. When I make this dish, I'm gonna double the recipe. It really sounds that GOOD!!!

I love this recipe! It is so simple to make and tastes so delicious. I serve them with wheat thin spaghetti, salad, and garlic bread. The whole family loves it! I make it once a week~
