The A1 allowed a new flavor that was different and refreshing. Everyone enjoyed this meal.

I make this recipe in the crockpot. (1 hr on high, then 8 hrs on low) It comes out delicious every time.

Fantastic! We love A1 and this was wonderful. It takes a while to cook but is a great Sunday afternoon meal.

Great dinner. I made enchiladas out of the left over roast and they were awesome!

Only used half of the A-1 that the recipe calls for and the gravy flavor was perfect. Cooked roast for one hour and it was still a little too dry. Going to try 45 minutes next time.

This dish was really good. The whole family loved it! I also agree with the other comments that you should only bake this for an hour...maybe one hour and 15 minutes. I also added more water to the gravy when I was making it because the sauce was just a little tangy for my taste. After adding extra water it was surperb.

We LOVE this roast. It is SO easy and yummy! The sauce goes so great with it. I make mashed potatoes and sauteed green beans to go with it. It is in our regular recipe rotation! Highly recommended!

My husband really enjoyed this recipe! For those of you, like me, who have little time prepare this meal in a crockpot and add onion soup for extra liquid! Tastes great and ready when you are! All you have to do is prepare the noodles when you are ready for dinner!
