The two hour cooking time must be a typo. I cooked it for an hour and it was perfect. The sauce was so delicious. I will defenitely make this again.

My husband said that this was one of the best roasts I've ever made. Better yet, my children loved it! I omitted the mushrooms because we don't care for them, but it was still a very tasty gravy.

I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH... DO NOT COOK THIS FOR THE TWO HOURS THAT THE RECIPE RECOMMENDS. I COULD HAVE PUT IT ON THE BOTTOM OF MY SHOES. IT WAS SO DRIED OUT YOU COULD NOT EVEN CHEW IT. IT WAS NOT ENJOYABLE. I ALREADY THREW THE RECIPE OUT..THIS ONE IS NOT A KEEPER.

This roast was a big hit. I did not have the time to make the gravy, so that has not been tested. I did as another cook suggested and added peeled potatoes and carrots, yum. I will make this roast again and make the gravy next time.

so quick and easy. I added yukon gold potatoes- cut up, and baby carrots. The best roast ever!

The meat was good but the gravy with it was better. I make the gravy to go with other things now.

this recipe was delicious! I added a little onion with the mushroom sauce to give it more flavor. I will make this again but I will probably use a sirloin tip roast. DELICIOUS!!

This was a very easy meal to prepare. And my husband loved it. I added a few extras such as a cup of beef broth and some sour cream which really topped it off.

My boyfriend didn't say much while eating this meal and cleaned his plate.(very uncommon) Awesome with new or mashed potatoes.
