This is an excellent Dip... I used Creamed Spinach instead of the regular. I made it the day before a Party, and everyone loved it. It was gone in no time...

I made this for my co-workers. It was a BIG hit and was gone within a hour. It would make a great tailgate appetizer. I hollowed out a large loaf of bread and served it in that (like a bowl). I used whole wheat Ritz crackers to eat with it!

I took the advice of others and added the dry vegetable soup mix. It came out really good. I am taking it over to a football party tonight, if my boyfriend dosen't eat it all before we leave.

I love spinach dip so I thought I would try this out on the grown ups at my son's b-day party. No one liked it, everyone said it tasted weird. I think the sour cream & mayo mixed together is what made it taste bad for everyone. I personally did not think this was very good at all.

I doubled this recipe for a big group and served it in bread bowls... Everyone loved it but I thought it needed a little more flavor... the longer it was in the fridge the better it tasted.

The longer its allowed to chill, the better it tastes! I would definitely make it the day before and let it sit in the fridge overnight!
