MASH
avocados in medium bowl.
ADD
remaining ingredients; mix well.

Use a pastry blender to easily mash the avocados.
Creative Leftovers
Refrigerate any leftover guacamole. Use as a bread spread for your favorite sandwich.
Special Extra
Add 2 Tbsp. finely chopped cilantro to the guacamole.

I made this for a birthday party and received many compliments. It's a good way to strech avocados to feed more people.

This is wonderful! I also add 3 green chilies or a few drops of hot sauce to make it spicy!

This is the classic way to make this other than the cream cheese part but it's great! Fresh cilantro is important. And the lime juice makes it authentic. Add salt if too bland. Use salty tortilla chips to dip with.

The cream cheese adds a great new taste to guacamole! I love the extra zing and texture it gives!

Take out the cream cheese and it might be worth making. Like cream cheese, but not in this recipe.

Anxious to try this one and see what kind of a difference the cream cheese adds. Then it will probably rate very good or superb.
