Quick, easy & cheap recipe. The Mircle Whip gives it a great zip. To give it a little bit of a crunch put it under the broiler for a minute or two, but watch it, the topping will burn if under for more than that. Would also be great with just chicken breasts.

One of the best ways to get crunchy chicken without deep frying. I have used low fat mayo or dijon mustard in an effort to reduce the fat. The chicken is still crunchy, moist and great!

Add 1 T. lemon juice and lemon zest to Miracle Whip for a really wonderful freshness. Let stand before continuing with recipe.

Very good chicken; I had seconds even though chicken breast is usually not a favorite of mine. My husband wants me to make it again.

I used regular breadcrumbs in place of the cornflakes. The chicken was soo moist and tasty. I also turned the chicken after 30min for even cooking and sprayed the dish with Pam . I will try the cornflakes the next time. Try it its a keeper !

The best baked chicken I've ever made! I used boneless, skinless breasts and had to force myself to eat just one! All the high ratings made me decide to try this and you can now add mine to the group. This is easy and delicious and will become one of my regulars.
