I used boneless chicken breasts and served over angel hair pasta w/ a salad. It was a big hit w/ my husband, as well as our 2 year old! Very easy and I have already passed the recipe on to family.

This is absolutely wonderful. Crispy outside, moist & tender inside. It's quick, different from any chicken I've tasted. I will make it again & again. There is just the two of us, so I cut the recipe in half. I used boneless breasts. YUMMY

I made this about two weeks ago,It is simple and great. My husband and kids (2 & 3) loved it and I am going to make it again today. I had left the house to pay some bills while it was baking and over baked it by 30 min. The chicken was still just as juicy as it could be.

This stuff is AWESOME!!! Seriously, This is the best & most moist Chicken I ever made or ate. You've got to try it....BTW, If you rub the Chicken with Honey & Lemon Juice 1st, it's even better.

I have also made same recipe using RITZ crackers instead and it is much better.
