This recipe was extremely easy to make and was delicious. My husband is very picky, and he loved it. Definitely a keeper.

I loved this roast. I made it in the slow cooker and when I got home it was "fall apart" tender and very flavourable.

Great recipe! It was so easy. I did double the A-1 mixture to pour over the meat and veggies, but I don't think you have to. I think there would be enough flavor if you left the recipe as is, but I wanted a little more zing. It would be very easy to add flour to the meat drippings to make a gravy, put there was enough flavor so I didn't need to.
