Delicious! I used worcestershire sauce instead of A1, and pan-seared roast before putting in oven. Great texture and flavor!

It was delicious, only change would to add 1/2 onion. Will be making it again soon.

Whole family liked this recipe. I did add the onion and the cream of mushroom soup as stated in a previous comment. I have already passed this recipe onto family.

My family loves this recipe..I did change a few things though. I didn't use the soup mix but added some brown sugar, honey and minced garlic to the sauce instead before pouring it over the meat. I also added sliced mushrooms, onions, and celery to it. Turned out fantastic!

Best Pot Roast ever! I followed the changes (posted by mama_erne) and it was yummy. Tasted just like the pot roast from my childhood.

I absolutely love this recipe, although I change it up a little. I mix a can of cream of mushroom soup with the other ingredients...I also brown my roast on both sides before baking. I also quarter an onion to throw in, as well as clean up a small package of fresh mushrooms, then I pour the soup mixture over all of it. 350 for 2 1/2 hours in a covered roasting pan and it's the best ever!

So good!!! will definitely make again

Fantastic! Instead of baking it in a pan covered in foil, I baked it in the bags to keep the meat moist. I have a house full of men (4) and it was a hit.
