After making it for myself I decided to make it for 2 friends. I had no time so I use premade pie crust. I started at 11pm and had 2 pies done at 11:10pm. I do recommend using the recipes pie crust.

I used Honey Maid graham cracker crust, which shorten the time to make. This is a hit at work, everyone wanted the recipe. My family really enjoy it, and it is low fat.

I used key lime juice instead of lime juice for a more authentic key lime taste. It was delicious!

I wasn't able to find the coconut cookies at my small town grocery store... so I substituted vanilla wafers and some coconut. Everyone loved it!

This was so easy to make! I loved that everyone was so pleased that it was so rich and the taste of the lime was great. It would go great with any dinner or a barb-Q. A crowd pleaser.
