I loved this recipe --- easy to make, amazing tasting --- should have made at least a double batch - maybe even a triple --- very versatile as you can make it any level of heat you want, from mild to suicidally hot --- a great hit on the pot luck circuit.

I really enjoyed this recipe, very easy to make. And the kids just loved it! It was even better having the satisfaction that my vegetable 'unfriendly' children had a very nutritious meal without even realizing it!

This was so easy! I used white corn instead of yellow, and the sweetness really complemented the tang of the salsa.
