I took this to my families Holiday celebration, and it was the talk of the day. Even the guys were amazed at how incredibly awesome it tasted. This is now a family favorite and has been requested for the Super-Bowl party. (x2)

I added milk chocolate mini morsels to the batter, substuted the carmel pieces with carmel ice cream topping, and substituted the chocolate pieces with chocolate topping. It is a time saver and it is to die for.

Awesome!!! This cheesecake is simply marvelous. It tasted better than a store brought one. My entire family loved it.

I made this the day before Christmas. I really love how it tastes better the next day. I used my homemade caramel recipe throughout and still turned out real good. You can also use crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers for the crust, and use chopped walnuts instead of the pecans. I highly recommend this recipe.
