I've been making "special occasion" cheesecakes for my friends for years. I first tried the Ultimate Turtle Cheesecake last year for a Christmas buffet brunch at the lawfirm where I work. Since then I've been asked to bring it to all our firm social functions. I've been told it's better than the Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes!

I made this recipe for two dinner parties that I attended. Everyone absolutely raved about it. I added chocolate chips within the cheese mixture and didn't include the pecans. It was delicious and worked well each time I made it. I will definitely make this again.

I made this cheesecake for a pot luck at work, everyone raved. It's really a keeper! I may try adding mini chocolate chips in the filling, next time.

I made this once for a dinner party, and got rave reviews! Easy to make, moist, and turns out perfect every time! For those people who say they have problems w/it leaking in their oven, don't use whole oreos! The oreo filling will get all over when melted... Buy a box of "Oreo Crumbs" located next to the Grahm Cracker crumbs.

I thought I already had the best recipe for cheese cake....until I made this one. The Cheesecake Factory can't beat this one. I made it for a party, everyone raved! They all thought I had bought it.

I baked this for a friend that had Turtle cheesecake at a local restaraunt. She said it was better than the restaraunt cheesecake. I did find it a little time consuming unwrapping all of those caramels. Next time I make it I am going to try using caramel ice cream topping.

I made this cheesecake for Sunday Easter dinner and it was a huge hit. I will definitely use this recipe again and again and again.

This was incredibly rich and delicious. I used chocolate graham crackers instead of Oreos for the crust. The top of it cracked when I cooked it but once all the goodies were on top it looked like a professional made it. Everyone loved it.

This recipe was so easy, although it tasted like it took hours to prepare. My family loved it. It is an excellent recipe for someone who has never made cheesecake before and who might want to impress someone.
