I tried this recipe for our superbowl party and its success was incredible. The cake was gone in a few minutes and 2 chessecake fans thought that it topped the cheesecake-factory!!!

I made this cheesecake for Thanksgiving and it was wonderful. Plan on making it again on Christmas. The only thing I plan on changing is the amount of milk I put in with the caramels, I thought it was a little too runny, so will cut down on milk by a couple of tablespoons. Only cheesecake I have ever made that I had no leftovers!!!

I first tried this recipe' after my youngest son opened a pkg Philly thinking that the picture on the back was what was inside! This has become a tradition for Thanksgiving AND Christmas!

Cooked the crust a little too long...but the cake itself, was simply great.

This was delicious, however, the crust did not stay in tact with the cheesecake. I could not find the cookie crumbs so I crushed my own cookies. The cream middle made my crust mixture to soft. Next time I will use chocolate wafers or graham crakers. Otherwise it was a big hit. I saved some of the caramel mixture for people to drizzle on themselves. :)
